Model EMPX-HF (Lakeshore Cryogenics)
The cryogenic probe station is used to make electical measurements on devices under a controlled temperature and magnetic field. Up to four DC or RF probes can be connected simultaneously.

- Probe travel distance of 2" on X axis, 1" on Y axis, and 0.71" on Z axis
- Measurements up to 40 GHz with GSG microwave probes
- Operating temperature range from 5 K to 400 K

- Better than 5 mK RMS from 5 K to 50 K
- Better than 50 mK RMS above 50 K
- Temperature control stability with LN2 better than 100 mK RMS
- Horizontal magnetic fields up to 550 mT
- Magnetic field uniformity:
- 0.6% over 1 cm
- 1.1% over 1.27 cm
- 2% over 2 cm
- 2.6% over 2.54 cm
- Field control stability better than 5 µT RMS
